LED walls are brighter and cut through ambient light in ballrooms and exhibit halls. Projectors are more budget‑friendly and work well in darker rooms. We’ll recommend the right option based on room size, ceiling height, and how much natural light you’re working with.
What’s included on show day?
We handle delivery, setup, testing, and on‑site operation for any package we quote. That includes LED walls or screens, TVs, audio systems, mics, basic lighting, and a dedicated technician to run your show according to the agenda.
How big should my screen be?
As a rule of thumb, screen height is roughly 1/6 of the distance to the last row of seats. For LED walls, we’ll also consider content resolution, stage width, and scenic elements. Share your room diagram and we’ll propose sizes that work.
